• "It takes a village to raise a child" is a popular proverb with a clear message: the whole community has an essential role to play in the growth and development of its young people. Not only do parents and family members play a vital role in a child’s education, the broader community has a can aid to assure high-quality education for all students. 

    Therefore at Capital City we are dedicated in involving our community. We have various programs at CCAS to include our community such as: Site Counsel Committee, Partners in Education, Community Outreach Programs, Service Learning Projects, and many others.
