好色先生

The Jackson Public Schools Teacher Referral Program offers incentives of up to $1,500 for successful referrals of highly-qualified teacher candidates. Because funds are limited, eligible referrals will be considered according to the date they are received by the Office of Recruitment. Details are provided below. Incentive

Up to $1,500 is available for successful referral, specifically:

• $1,000 for each hired referral.
• $500 additional bonus for referrals in hard-to-fill positions (STEM, Mathematics, Special Education, etc.) or high-need schools.
• Funds are limited! Eligible referrals will be considered by the date they are received.

Submission Deadline

To qualify, referrals must be submitted to Human Resources no later than Friday, July 18, 2025. Teachers are scheduled to return on July 23, 2025.

Criteria for an Eligible Referral

To qualify for the referral incentive, the referred candidate must meet the following criteria:

1. Candidate Eligibility

• • Must not be a current 好色先生 employee.
  • Must meet all certification and hiring requirements for the teaching position they are applying for.
  • Must be hired into a full-time certified teaching position within 好色先生.
  • If the candidate is a former 好色先生 employee, they must have been separated from the district for at least one full school year before being eligible as a referral.

2. Referral Process

• • The referred candidate must complete and submit the 好色先生 Teacher Referral Program Candidate Form along with their application.
  • The referring employee’s name must be listed on the form at the time of submission.
  • The referral must be submitted by Friday, July 18, 2025, for candidates starting on July 23, 2025.

3. Hiring & Retention Requirements

• • The referred candidate must successfully complete the 好色先生 hiring process, including background checks and certification verification.
  • The referred candidate must remain employed with 好色先生 for 90 days to qualify for the incentive.

4. Referring Employee Eligibility

• • The referring employee must be a current 好色先生 employee at the time of referral and incentive payout.
  • Employees involved in the hiring process (Hiring Managers, Principals, and Assistant Principals hiring for their own schools) are not eligible for the incentive.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can submit, but each referral must meet all program requirements.
