- Implement diverse strategies to recognize team members, including awards, public acknowledgments, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop a retention plan by offering competitive benefits, fostering a positive work culture, providing career development opportunities, and ensuring regular recognition.
- Ensure that all teachers are fully certified by providing comprehensive support for certification processes, including training, mentorship, and resources.
