Dr. Stacey Webb Bailey
Mrs. Stacey Webb Bailey has been appointed as the principal of Lanier Junior Senior High School for the academic year 2024-2025. In August 2003, she began her educational career at Callaway High School. Over 16 years, she delivered high-quality educational experience in multiple mathematics courses, was co-department chair, worked closely with curriculum specialists, and conducted numerous professional development sessions at the district level. She strongly supported the balance of academic and athletic activities, assuming the roles of coach and sponsor for multiple sports and organizations. In August 2019, she assumed an administrative position at Callaway High School as an assistant principal. She supervised the Mathematics, English, Exceptional Education, and English Learners departments, encouraging a high-quality and engaging educational experience for all.
Mrs. Bailey, an advocate of lifelong learning, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from Jackson State University, a Master of Science degree in Mathematics Education from Mississippi College, and a Specialist Degree in Education Administration from Capella University. She has recently completed her Educational Doctorate in Educational Administration (P-12) at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her beliefs and motto have remained consistent throughout her academic career:
